How do I make a complaint or
suggestion?
If you are not satisfied with the
service you receive from any member
of the Practice Team or you want to
make a complaint please contact the
Practice Manager, Margaret Pollock.
You can write or telephone.
If you are not happy with the way we
deal with your complaint you can
contact the
Patient Advice and Liaison
Service (PALS) at North
Eastern Derbyshire Primary Care
Trust (PCT) on 01246 544604. They
will help you to sort the problem
out and can put you in touch with
the Independent Complaints Authority
Service (ICAS).
