Medication Review
If you are on repeat
medication you will be asked
to attend the surgery for a
medication review every 12
months. Blood tests may need
to be carried out before the
medication review. We will
contact you when you are
required to attend.
Travel vaccinations
If you are planning to
travel abroad you need to
make sure your vaccinations
are up-to-date. Some
vaccinations take up to 2
weeks to work and some
involve a whole course which
may take up to 1 – 6 months.
In order to get yourself
fully protected from vaccine
preventable diseases we
would recommend that you
make an appointment with the
nurse approximately 8 weeks
before your intended travel.
