can i register with the practice?
To register as a patient please
either telephone the surgery
Renishaw: 01246 430200 or
Eckington 01246 434279 and we
will post the registration forms out
to you or call at the reception to
collect the registration forms when
any of our receptionist will be
happy to help you complete the forms
if necessary. We can only accept
patients who live in our
practice
area.
