HOW
DO I GET A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
You can order your
repeat prescription by telephone Renishaw: 01246 430200
or Eckington:
01246 434279
between 9am and 5.30pm or you can
come into the surgery to order your
prescription at the Reception.
Please allow
48 hours before you collect your
prescription.
Please collect
your prescriptions after 11.30am.
All prescriptions have
to be checked and signed by the
doctor. The doctor may leave a note
on your prescription stating that
you need to make an appointment to
see the doctor or the nurse. This is
done for your own protection and to
make sure your illness and
medication are monitored.
